The Wappi module enables bulk messaging and automated notifications for online stores built on the 1C-Bitrix platform. It allows sending order updates and alerts for various events via WhatsApp, Telegram, MAX, and SMS. The tool is designed for ease of use, with a setup process taking approximately five minutes and requiring no specialized technical skills. Messages are sent from the user's personal accounts connected to the external wappi.pro service. Active subscription to the service is required, with pricing starting at 550 rubles per month for each connected profile. A 5-day free trial period is available.
Key capabilities:
Sending messages from a personal WhatsApp account by scanning a QR code.
Sending messages from a personal MAX account by scanning a QR code.
Sending messages from a personal Telegram account (not a bot) by linking the user profile.
Support for cascading delivery. If a client is unreachable via one channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, MAX, or SMS), the system automatically routes the message to the next available channel.
The module enables mass messaging to WhatsApp, Telegram, and MAX via a list of phone numbers. Notification settings are tied to email template events and support hundreds of triggers, including order status changes, user registration, and user authorization. Individual text customization using variables is available for any notification template.
General iT can take care of implementing “Wappi: WhatsApp, Telegram and MAX notifications and message broadcasting”, including installation, configuration and result verification.

The presence of this element often leads to an increased bounce rate, as it displays prices from Yandex.Market and redirects buyers to third-party resources.
The module sends notifications to Telegram when specific events occur on the website. It supports standard scenarios for online stores, including order creation, payment, status changes, and cancellation. If the store module is not in use, notifications can be triggered by information block events, such as when a new lead is created via a web form.
