The 'Sotbit: Extended Exchange with 1C' module is designed to operate in conjunction with Sotbit solutions: 'Extended Registration and Authorization', 'Accounts Payable', and 'B2B'. When integrated into third-party systems, only the following functions are available: user export, export of individual prices to the HL reference book, and exchange of documents linked to orders.

Transfer of partners and users

Export partner data from 1C to the Bitrix system. Select the required fields for transfer and start the process. A user account is created on the website based on the received data. In the "Sotbit: B2B Cabinet Plus" solution and higher versions, an organization and an assigned employee are created.

Transfer of individual agreements and associated discounts

The module enables the export of individual prices for counterparties, accounting for discounts linked to specific agreements, to the HL catalog on the website. When integrated with the 'Sotbit: Individual Prices' module, which is included in 'Sotbit: B2B Cabinet' solutions and higher tiers, buyers can make purchases using these prices.

Manager transfer with organization binding

When exchanging partners from 1C using the "Sotbit: B2B Cabinet Plus" solution or higher, the link between managers and organizations is preserved.

Organization status change

In the «Sotbit: B2B Cabinet Plus» solution and higher versions, moderation of organizations created on the website can be performed in the 1C accounting system.

Document transfer

The module supports exporting print forms from 1C to Bitrix. This mechanism enables the transfer of documents such as unified transfer-acceptance acts (UPD), payment invoices, and VAT invoices.
