Multicurrency Internet Acquiring

What this solution does

The Multicurrency Internet Acquiring module provides a complete online sales cycle for goods and services on 1C-Bitrix websites, editions Small Business and Business. The solution supports operations in compliance with Russian legislation, including domestic sales and exports.

The system accepts payments in any currency with automatic conversion to Russian rubles. This allows Russian companies to conduct export operations without opening additional foreign currency accounts: funds are credited to ruble accounts in the national currency.

Supported payment methods:

1. Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Mir, JCB;

2. Mobile wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay;

3. American Express;

4. Electronic money: YooMoney, Qiwi;

5. Cash payments via terminals and cash registers within Russia and abroad.

Support for online banking: SberPay, Alfa-Click, Tinkoff.

The Multi-currency Internet Acquiring module integrates with the YooKassa payment system to facilitate data exchange between YooKassa, the website, and the online cash register. The online cash register can be connected physically (provided the CMS 1C-Bitrix supports it) or rented as a cloud service via YooKassa.

Regardless of the transaction type (export sale or sale within the Russian Federation), the module ensures compliance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ and transmits all required operational data to the fiscal data operator. For export orders, an English-language notification containing the following details is automatically generated and sent to the customer's email:

1. Product name;

2. Delivery method;

3. Payment date;

4. Total amount;

5. Field for website logo insertion;

6. Field for arbitrary text (e.g., address of the legal entity conducting the online sale).

Currency conversion settings for export sales are configured in the Currency Rates section of the 1C-Bitrix CMS. The current list of countries from which payments are accepted is available on the official YooKassa website.
