What this solution does

The module integrates T-Bank acquiring (formerly Tinkoff Bank) with an online store built on the 1C-Bitrix platform. The solution addresses standard development requirements, including correct VAT calculation in fiscal receipts and protection against duplicate processing of bank notifications. This is the base version of the 'T-Bank Online Acquiring Payment Reception Pro' solution, available since 2017 with nearly one thousand installations. The codebase is identical; the difference lies in the feature set. This version is designed for standard scenarios where a customer pays for an order, the store receives funds, and a receipt is issued.

Supported payment methods include bank cards from the Mir, Visa, and MasterCard systems. The system supports payments via the Fast Payment System (FPS) using QR codes, including within a popup widget. Digital wallets T-Pay, SberPay, Yandex Pay, and MIR Pay are supported. Payments can be completed in a popup window without redirecting to the bank's website. After order placement, the user is automatically redirected to the payment page. The system supports full and partial refunds with automatic order status updates. Partial payments are supported. Six payment form display modes are available, configurable separately for each payment system, allowing cards, FPS, and T-Pay to be accepted simultaneously.

Receipts and 54-FZ

The module enables receipt printing through T-Bank with full compliance with 54-FZ regulations.

The module supports all current VAT rates, including calculated rates 22/122, 10/110, 7/107, and 5/105. It operates with all tax systems: OSN, USN (Income), USN (Income minus Expenses), ESCHN, and Patent. A complete reference of calculation items and payment methods according to FFD is implemented, including version 1.2, enabling correct receipt generation for marked goods, contributions, and agency payments.

Marking codes from the Honest Sign system are automatically retrieved from the order shipment and displayed on a separate line for each unit of goods. No additional input is required provided that FFD 1.2 is used and codes are filled in the order. If the cash register does not know the VAT rate for a specific item, the module does not send a receipt with an error but notifies the user to correct the rate in the reference book, preventing discrepancies in the OFD.

Closing receipts are generated upon shipment, payment, or when the order is moved to a specified status. Receipt transmission to the bank correctly handles the presence of an active Bitrix cash register: the receipt is sent only after the tax system and VAT rate are filled in. If a conflict with the Bitrix cash register occurs, the module displays a warning in the payment system settings.

Two-stage payments

Fund holding is supported. Payment confirmation is available with one click directly from the order card in the admin panel or can be performed automatically after a specified timeout in days.

The T-Bank Internet Acquiring module ensures transparency in financial operations. An order is marked as paid only after receiving official confirmation from the bank. If a transaction fails, the operator sees the exact error reason and can initiate a retry, avoiding the situation where an order is formally marked as paid but funds have not been received.

When using the fund reservation mechanism, the buyer receives a clear notification that funds are temporarily frozen on the card and will be charged after the store confirms the order, rather than seeing a standard payment failure message. The system supports automatic confirmation of reserved payments after a specified timeout measured in days. Cancelling an order automatically releases the reserved funds.

Automation and flexibility

The module allows configuring order statuses for each event: full payment, partial payment, holding, refund, and order cancellation.

The order card includes a button to send a payment link. If payment has not succeeded or ended with a fixable error, the system sends the buyer an email with a fresh payment link in one click. The email template can be freely edited in the admin panel. If the template is missing, disabled, or not linked to the order website, the module immediately notifies the user without waiting for a failed send attempt.

The card memorization feature allows the bank to offer a previously used card for repeat payments. Saved card binding can be configured as global for all websites or separate for each specific website.

Flexible order link templates for the buyer's personal account. The payment system is created automatically upon module installation, with its settings opening immediately for entering the terminal and password. If the official T-Bank payment module is already installed on the site, a transition can be performed without reconfiguration: the terminal, password, and receipt parameters are transferred automatically, and the previous payment system is disabled. Ready-made icons are available for each payment method: cards, SBP, T-Pay, and pop-up widgets.

Failure notifications

The module notifies the administrator of issues that would otherwise be visible only in logs: payment amount mismatch with bank confirmation, rejected bank notification, missing closing receipt, failure to confirm or release funds reservation, money returned to the buyer with the order not cancelled, product VAT rate missing from the cash register, or a buyer seeing an error instead of the payment form. Two independent notification settings are implemented: critical failures are sent immediately, while buyer errors are grouped to prevent the mailbox from flooding with identical messages during bank-side failures.

Error notifications are delivered by a separate free module named rover.notifier, which requires PHP 8.2. Alerts can be sent via email, SMS, or to messengers including Telegram, WhatsApp, and MAX. Without this component, the main module continues to function normally but does not send notifications.

Reliability and Security

Verification of bank notification signatures: requests with an invalid token are rejected, and an alert is sent to the administrator to indicate a forgery attempt.

Protection against duplicate receipts when the bank sends repeated notifications.

Restriction of notification acceptance to a whitelist of T-Bank IP addresses.

Automatic log rotation and cleanup. The log directory is protected from browser downloads via an .htaccess file. On servers using the nginx web server, which does not read this file, access to the directory must be blocked by a server configuration rule; the module documents this requirement.

Payment status is stored in a dedicated module table rather than in general site settings. This prevents full data reads on every request for large stores with tens of thousands of transactions.

The payment operations journal is maintained continuously, independent of general logging settings. It records bank notifications and their rejections, order status changes, reservation confirmations, and the sending of closing receipts. Entries include the event source but exclude the buyer's personal data. Journal retention depth is configurable, and old records are automatically deleted.

Background automatic confirmation of reserved payments continues to operate even after the first error occurs. The module settings feature a dedicated Debug tab where logs and notifications are placed so they do not interfere with main settings.

The Pro version provides advanced scenarios beyond a standard store. It supports accepting payments without the Online Store module: a payment form for any amount can be placed on any website page, with support for receipts and product marking. A component for paying an order on a custom page is included; it accepts an order number and creates a payment if one does not yet exist, enabling functions like 'pay the order balance' in a personal account, on a thank-you page, or via a link in an email. A block for the Sites24 builder is also available. The order card includes a T-Bank Operations tab, allowing managers to view the operations journal and payment status without accessing the database.

The module provides internal events for fine-tuning behavior to specific tasks. When an order status changes to 'paid', the system automatically marks the order as paid and opens the bank form in a new window.

Updating the minor version to the major version uses the same code and fixes. Upgrading to the Pro version means installing the major module, not migrating to a different solution.

Support is provided directly by the developer, not by a script or an impersonal first-line service. In non-standard cases, answers are clarified directly with the developer, bypassing the general ticket queue. Full documentation for installation and configuration is available before and after purchase. Free consultation regarding connection, configuration, and test payments is provided at any time.
