Commercial Proposal PRO

What this solution does

The Pro Commercial Proposal module enables online stores to receive buyer requests, generate PDF documents, negotiate terms, and convert approved proposals into standard orders. All listed capabilities are included in a single package.

For the buyer:

A request button in the product card allowing selection of a specific SKU and quantity.

Option to submit a request from the current cart or download a preliminary PDF without creating a formal application.

A private link for viewing the proposal, agreeing to terms, declining, or requesting clarifications.

A list of personal proposals available in the authorized buyer's personal account.

For the manager:

A request management list featuring search, filters, status tracking, history logs, and internal comments.

Tools to edit product items, quantities, and prices, add free positions, and manage multiple organizations with distinct tax details.

PDF generation supporting Cyrillic characters, images, logos, seals, and signatures. HTML and CSS editors are provided for customizing the commercial proposal layout and a separate print order form.

Email dispatch via the CMS queue with PDF attachments, validity period settings, and price hiding until agreement is reached.

Automatic creation of a standard order from an approved proposal without re-entering data. A preview function allows verification of quantities against the order while preserving the prices specified in the proposal.

Internal calculation of cost, profit, and margin is performed within the system, but these data are excluded from the client commercial proposal.

Settings are configured separately for each website. Features include access rights management, CAPTCHA integration, consent settings for personal data processing, and request rate limiting.

Installation and compatibility requirements

The module is designed for the 1C-Bitrix: Site Management CMS, specifically the Small Business and Business editions. Required environment includes PHP 8.2 or higher, main core version 24.0.0 or higher, and active modules for sale, catalog, iblock, and currency. The system requires a MySQL or MariaDB database, along with the DOM and mbstring extensions enabled. The PDF generation library is included in the package; Composer is not required on the site.

The commercial proposal page and buttons must be connected to the website template using components according to the instructions. The installer does not automatically modify the existing design. Assistance from a developer may be required for non-standard templates.

The preliminary PDF of the cart contains items with the store's discount calculations applied, excluding delivery costs. Orders generated from the commercial proposal are created manually by a manager as a separate action. Automatic creation of payments and non-system shipments is not supported. Support for Composite is not declared.

Organization suggestions from DaData are optional and require a separate API key; the service fees are not included in the module cost. Actual email delivery depends on the site's mail configuration. Data from the previous Webasyst plugin is not automatically migrated.

A 7-day trial period is available via the standard Market system. After the trial ends, all created requests and configured settings are preserved.
