MODULE FOR 1C-BITRIX
Virtual fitting room
The Virtual Fitting module enables customers to visualize clothing or footwear on themselves before purchase. Within the product card, users open the fitting interface, select a product image, upload their own photo, and receive a composite result. The process begins when a user clicks the fitting button, which can be implemented as a floating element or positioned next to the Add to Cart button.
The user selects a specific product photo and specifies the item type: top, bottom, dress, set, or footwear. Next, the user uploads their personal photo and confirms the transmission of images to the processing service.
The result displays the original product and the generated composite image side by side. The final image is available for download.
Functional capabilities include fitting for clothing, footwear, or both types of items simultaneously. The fitting button supports two automatic placement options: as a floating element or adjacent to the purchase area. For non-standard themes, a CSS selector is available, while a component and PHP helper are provided for precise manual placement.
The system supports selection from main and additional product photos. Users can upload personal photos in JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats with a maximum size of 12 MB. Image generation utilizes the Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana Pro, and Nano Banana models with six editable prompts.
The system enforces daily limits for the site, individual visitors, and IP addresses, along with restrictions on concurrent requests. Protection against duplicate payments is implemented for repeated submissions of the same request.
Fitting results are stored securely for 24 hours. The system maintains a consent log with CSV export capability and includes error diagnostics tools.
The module utilizes standard CMS settings and access rights while supporting individual configuration for each website.
Cost and External Service
The module license costs 2,500 RUB, with a 3-day trial period. Generation requires a personal API key and a paid balance in the RouterAI service. The external service is billed separately to the store owner, including during the trial period. Generation is unavailable without a key and a positive balance.
External payments operate on a pay-per-request model based on the selected model. For reference as of October 29, 2026: the image generation tariff is 6,307 RUB per 1 million tokens for Nano Banana 2 and Nano Banana Pro, and 3,153 RUB for Nano Banana; input data is billed separately. These figures do not represent the price of a single fitting. The final cost depends on the model, photos, and service billing, and is returned in the API response. Provider prices may change. Current tariffs should be verified in the RouterAI dashboard. The module does not set spending limits in RUB and does not offer separate purchases for additional features.
The Virtual Fitting module is compatible with the 1C-Bitrix: Site Management CMS version 24.0.0 and above. It requires the main and iblock modules, along with a PHP environment version 8.2 or higher using UTF-8 encoding. Essential dependencies include the GD library with support for JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats, as well as the cURL and mbstring extensions. Secure access to the API via the HTTPS protocol is mandatory.
The hosting provider must support long-running PHP requests up to 150 seconds and allow file writing to a protected directory located outside the site's root folder. Processing of EXIF metadata is not required.
Uploaded images must be at least 100×100 pixels and no larger than 16 megapixels. Before transmission, images are automatically resized to 1536 pixels along the longest side and re-encoded without EXIF metadata.
The system supports local product files. Integration with cloud storage and external photo repositories requires separate adaptation. The feature for inheriting product photos from a parent item to its trade offers is not implemented.
Automatic component rendering depends on product address structures and template markup. When using a non-standard theme, specifying a CSS selector or manually placing the component may be necessary.
Limit calculations and blocking mechanisms are designed for single-server configurations or setups with a shared file system. Support for Composite architectures, PostgreSQL databases, and independent multi-server configurations is not claimed.
To create a virtual try-on, the buyer's and product's original photos are sent to the RouterAI system and the provider of the selected model after form data confirmation. The module does not permanently store the buyer's original photo. The final result is available only to the session that created it for 24 hours; physical deletion occurs during data cleanup and agent operation. The consent log is stored separately, and the website owner determines its retention period. Local deletion does not guarantee the removal of copies held by external providers. The module does not send photos to the developer and contains no telemetry.
The virtual try-on generates a visual representation of the outfit but does not determine physical clothing dimensions or guarantee a precise fit. The result quality depends on the photo quality and the selected model. Demo screenshots were generated using artificially created images, so the actual result may differ.
General iT can install “Virtual fitting room”, configure its settings and verify its operation in the existing project.
