Product selection in the PRO cart

What this solution does

The buyer independently selects which items to order now. Checkboxes in the cart allow ordering only the marked positions. Other items are saved for future purchases, while unavailable items are displayed separately.

Cart and Order Processing

The system supports selecting individual items or all items at once. Unselected items remain in the general list or move to a separate block. Functions are available to return or remove saved items, and unavailable items are shown in a dedicated block.

Calculations for prices, availability, quantity steps, discounts, and coupons are performed using Bitrix tools. The system automatically connects to the standard cart and provides a selection panel during checkout. For individual themes, the standalone component proffiweb:pwcart is used.

Manager Operations

Managers have access to saved carts, buyer contacts, search functionality, and paginated lists. Order creation includes a preview, editing of composition and quantity, and manual price adjustments. Standard delivery and payment methods can be selected, and data from previous orders can be reused. The system allows removing only the ordered quantity from the cart; a repeated click does not create a duplicate order.

Customer Retention

Several HTML reminder templates are provided with individual delay settings. The system supports manually queuing emails and automatically processing carts.

Subscriptions for out-of-stock items with the ability to cancel and resubscribe. A log of sent emails is maintained with event IDs and duplicate protection.

Installation requirements and limitations

The solution requires the 1C-Bitrix: Site Management CMS with the sale, catalog, iblock, and currency modules enabled. PHP 8.2 or higher, the main module version 24.0.0 or newer, and a MySQL or MariaDB database with UTF-8 encoding are required. The solution is compatible with the Small Business and Business editions. Bitrix24 and PostgreSQL are not supported.

Automatic integration is designed for standard basket containers named basket-root and the order form container named bx-soa-order-form. Non-standard themes may require manual connection. Support for the Composite mode is not declared. Individual discount rules, product sets, and third-party integrations must be verified on a specific project.

Emails are sent using the site's mail queue; actual delivery depends on its configuration. The guest cart works without login, but a buyer account with a valid email address is required for notifications. Upon installation, the module and automatic notifications are disabled by default. Payment and carrier handover are not performed when a manager creates an order. No external paid services are required for core functions.

All listed features are included in a single license. A standard seven-day trial period is available.
