The Piarme module 'Payment by invoice' adds a new payment system to the store, enabling the generation of invoices in PDF format and their delivery to customers via email. The system automatically generates invoices with a professional layout. The document includes a QR code for faster payment, the seller's logo and seal, as well as the full names and signatures of the director and accountant.

The system automatically generates invoices with a professional layout. The document includes a QR code for faster payment, the seller's logo and seal, as well as the full names and signatures of the director and accountant. Seller and buyer details are automatically populated based on order data.
Customers can download the invoice from the completed order page or receive it in an email with the order confirmation. Administrators can view invoices in the control panel, regenerate them when the order composition changes, and resend the document to the customer.
When needed, General iT can implement “Piarme: Payment by invoice with PDF generation and email sending”, configure the module and verify it against the current website setup.
