What this solution does

The module includes ready-made service email templates for automatic sending upon various site events. The solution integrates with the 1C-Bitrix platform and allows configuring notification design without the need for custom development from scratch.

The module extends the functionality of email templates in Bitrix 1C by adding detailed order information and improving the visual design of service messages. It ensures a corporate style and responsive layout that displays correctly on all devices and in various email clients. This allows for modernizing the appearance of notification templates for new orders, shipments, deliveries, site registration, and other messages sent from a website or online store.

The module provides ready-made email templates and an interface for managing their content with flexible component settings. The package includes two main templates, featuring a ready solution for the primary online store email regarding a new order. The template contains necessary blocks with order and company information, including a header and footer with contact details, as well as an order component with a complete set of data.

The base template serves as a starting point for independently creating email templates for various events on your site. Based on this template, you can generate emails for user registration, subscription to newsletters, notifications about order delivery and payment, order cancellation, reminders, and other message types.

TemplateX offers a 7-day trial period with full access to all module features without restrictions. Once the trial expires, if a license is not activated, the custom email design will be disabled and the system will revert to the standard notification view.

The module enables the creation of enhanced order confirmation emails using macros to display detailed product and trade offer data. Information can be presented in a table format, allowing you to select only the necessary parameters: hide or show product weight, warehouse details, or other specific attributes.

Available display elements include:

- product or trade offer image;

- product name with a link to the product page;

- quantity of items in the order;

- unit price with currency and applied cart discounts;

- total cost for the specified quantity with currency indication.

The template displays the properties used to filter the product, including their names and values (for example, 'color: blue'). Multiple properties can be shown.

Below the product table, order details are presented: total product cost, amount paid from an internal account, final order cost, total weight (in kg or g), and total volume (in cubic cm or cubic m).

The order and payment information block includes the delivery method and carrier name, the delivery address or pickup point/warehouse address. Additional warehouse data may be displayed, such as name, operating hours, phone, email, and description. The payment method (payment system name), recipient details (full name, phone, company name, and other properties), and buyer comments are also included.

The general order and customer information section lists the order number and date, customer name, and a link to the order page in the buyer's personal account or a public link that does not require authentication.

The template supports editing with additional text blocks.

The template allows adding arbitrary text blocks before and after the table with order, delivery, and payment details. These blocks can contain the email subject, a greeting, a thank-you note for the order, or any other message.

Email theme selection

An email theme is a ready-made layout with preset blocks, sizes, and positions. The themes provided by the TemplateX module can be applied to any email templates you create, with colors and fonts customizable to match your online store's style.

The module offers several email themes. Each theme includes a header, footer, and styles for the content area, header, and footer.

The email header contains:

- logo;

The email footer contains:

- links to the company's social media accounts;

- a menu of links to pages such as "Warranty and Returns," "Delivery," and "Contact Us".

The email content management interface allows selecting a design theme from the library and toggling the display of product, customer, and order property data. Configuration includes mapping data to information macros, editing text blocks before and after tables, and setting header and footer content. Changes can be reviewed in preview mode. If the site supports multiple languages, the email language can be selected; for businesses with multiple sites, the specific site for the email can be chosen. The module's workspace is optimized for creating and configuring email templates quickly without developer involvement. Marketing staff can utilize an intuitive assembly mechanism by adding content blocks and editing data elements.
