What this solution does
Ready-made multi-page template for a hotel, inn, glamping site, holiday base, or guest house built on the 1C-Bitrix platform. The solution includes functionality for managing room inventory, rates, services, galleries, and guest booking requests. Texts, images, and design can be edited using the built-in Moreditor from a computer or mobile device.
The platform enables the hotel team to manage content independently. Staff can edit pages, photos, room categories, and rates. Finding a specific page in the menu is done by name without needing to know its exact address.
The template includes:
A homepage featuring hero images, smooth slide transitions, and manual navigation when user activity decreases.
Room categories displaying photos, area, capacity, amenities, and accommodation conditions.
Rates showing nightly and weekend prices, validity periods, included services, and booking terms.
Pages with information about the hotel, services, contacts, and rules, plus sections for promotions, news, and frequently asked questions.
Responsive photo albums with image viewing capabilities.
A booking form for entering travel dates, number of adults and children, room category selection, and guest contact details.
A list of requests with processing status indicators and a history of changes.
Options to choose from five color schemes, switch between light and dark themes, and upload custom logos and site icons.
Moreditor: block-based editing, publishing, drafts, content history, photo upload, and ordering.
How the request works
A guest selects arrival dates, room category, and guest composition, then provides contact details. Hotel staff verify availability and pricing, contact the guest, and update the request status.
The request does not automatically reserve a room. The solution does not track room inventory, does not process payments, and does not integrate with PMS or OTA channels. The calendar is used solely for selecting travel dates, not for displaying available rooms.
Independent management
Moreditor provides access to basic hotel information, contacts, route and map, pages with sections, navigation, room and rate details, as well as request design and processing. Documents for the form are selected by page name. Request handling and email notifications are enabled separately after configuration.
Technical requirements for 1C-Bitrix: Site Management. A clean installation of version 0.2.2 has been verified on the Start edition.
PHP 8.2 or newer is required; the installer checks for the dom, mbstring, fileinfo, and gd extensions.
The main, iblock, and fileman modules are required. There are no mandatory dependencies on the sale, catalog, form, bizproc modules, or third-party editors.
The template operates in composite mode, excluding the application form from static caching. Create a backup before installation or updates.
Demo
The fictional hotel 'Tumanny Plyos' is used as an example. All layout images are prepared for demonstration. Before launching the live site, replace the photos, contacts, rates, and documents with your own data.
