Security fixes.
CSRF vulnerability on the admin settings page (options.php): both POST handlers ("Reset Settings" and "Save Settings") only checked for an active session but did not verify the sessid token. A server-side check_bitrix_sessid() check has been added before applying changes.
Information leak (lib/LoggerManager.php): the log file was written to a predictable path within the web root (/local/log/...) and could be downloaded via a direct link. The log directory has been moved outside the web root.
Compatibility with PHP 8.2.
The module settings page options.php used outdated short PHP tags (less than sign question mark ... greater than sign) instead of the full form (less than sign question mark question mark question mark ... greater than sign). When the short_open_tag directive is disabled (the default setting on most modern hosting), the settings page was displayed incorrectly. All short tags have been replaced with the full form.
