What this solution does

The Ozon Delivery (Logistics) module by Ipol enables sellers to utilize the marketplace's logistics infrastructure for delivering orders placed in their own online store rather than on the Ozon platform. Currently, the module integrates with the Ozon Delivery for Sellers service. For business delivery operations without linking shipped goods to the marketplace, the ApiShip module is recommended.

This integration connects the online store with the seller's personal Ozon account, allowing customers to receive orders created in the store at Ozon pickup points and lockers. The module supports two operating modes. The first mode allows submitting requests to the seller's Ozon account via the site's admin panel, provided the products have an Ozon ID (an identifier linking items on the site to Ozon, typically Ozon SKU).

The Ozon Delivery module by Ipol enables ordering Ozon delivery for any products on the website without linking to OzonID. The system calculates delivery costs and terms, allows selection of a pickup point (PVZ), and supports specifying the delivery number. Automatic submission of delivery requests to Ozon is not supported; orders must be submitted manually via a PVZ or through the Ozon seller's personal cabinet after pre-adding products to the warehouse.

The checkout page displays the delivery date and cost based on order dimensions. Delivery availability is verified using the customer's phone number. Full information about the pickup point is shown, including photos, operating hours, address, and directions. An interactive map is provided for selecting the pickup point during checkout.

After editing and confirming an order in the 1C-Bitrix administration panel, the order data is transferred to the Ozon seller's personal cabinet. Delivery statuses are synchronized between Ozon and 1C-Bitrix. Tariffs, delivery clusters, and pickup points on the map are automatically synchronized with the Ozon database.

The module verifies Ozon delivery eligibility before calculating costs. If any items in the cart are not stored on warehouses or are not linked to Ozon, the delivery service becomes unavailable.

Upon order creation, the module automatically sends items to Ozon according to their marketplace scheme: FBS or FBO. If an order contains items under both schemes, they are distributed to their respective warehouses.

Default dimension settings can be configured.

Limitations:

— Works exclusively with Ozon pickup point delivery tariffs.

— Available only within the Russian Federation for users with Russian phone numbers.

— Orders are created only for pickup points; courier delivery is not supported.

— If the delivery service is missing on the checkout page, the cart likely contains items without an Ozon ID.

The module is developed and functions correctly on 1C-Bitrix boxed edition version 14 and above, as well as PHP version 8.2 and above.

The Ozon Delivery module by IPOL integrates with Ozon Logistics. Installation on sites with modified logic that differs from the standard 1C-Bitrix core may require additional configuration.
