What this solution does

The GetMeBack module integrates with online stores to automate loyalty programs. This solution helps retain existing customers, attract new buyers, and increase repeat sales.

The platform unifies a branded mobile application and electronic Wallet cards into a single ecosystem. Customers can pay for part of their order using accumulated points or earn points for purchases. During checkout, the system automatically deducts points from the user's GetMeBack account. Points are calculated and awarded at the moment the main order amount is paid, excluding delivery costs and already redeemed points.

The service features a multi-level loyalty program with rewards exchangeable for gifts. It includes ready-made retention tools such as automated birthday greetings, welcome bonuses, and geo-targeted notifications. A referral system is also implemented to drive customer acquisition through recommendations.

The platform offers unlimited free Push notifications, tools for collecting customer data, measuring NPS, and gathering reviews. The built-in functionality comprises an online product catalog with payment and delivery ordering capabilities, an integrated CRM system, and detailed analytics.

The GetMeBack module has been tested for compatibility with the standard boxed version of Bitrix without additional extensions or add-ons. For other configurations or customized versions of the platform, qualified Bitrix and PHP developers are required for installation and customization. Currently, the developer does not offer services for site feature development or for installing the module on external resources.
