What this solution does
The module allows sending SMS and/or email to the buyer from the order view mode, for example, to transmit a waybill number.
Recipient contacts are automatically retrieved from the order properties, but can be changed to arbitrary values before sending.
SMS sending relies on the 'SMS for online store' module, which must be installed and configured separately. If a third-party SMS broadcasting solution is used, you can specify a custom command for sending messages.

ATTENTION!
SMS messages are sent via the standard 'Message Service' module; the SMS provider is selected in the module settings. Sending via PHP code from settings and the imaginweb.sms module is no longer supported.
The module has been rewritten using D7, works on PHP 8.2 and current versions of 1C-Bitrix.
The 'SMS/Email' tab in the order has been migrated to the standard order page event; JavaScript now operates without jQuery.
Sending is available only to groups with the 'send messages' permission for the module and the 'edit order' permission.
By default, buyer data is taken from the order properties 'payer name', 'E-mail', and 'phone'; the phone number is converted to international format.
Security issues have been fixed.
