Discount meter – discount accumulation, roulette, and website orders

What this solution does

The Skidkometr module for 1C-Bitrix drives sales through accumulating discounts, a random roulette feature, and lead capture. As visitors select products, the interface displays a growing discount percentage. Clicking the information banner opens a form to enter a name, phone number, and consent for data processing. An optional roulette feature can be enabled to generate a random discount within a specified range.

This tool attracts attention to offers and captures contact details from interested users. All settings and submitted leads are stored locally on the website. Management is performed within the Marketing section of the 1C-Bitrix administrative panel.

Operation: A banner showing the current discount level and visit duration appears on site pages. The discount accumulates based on user activity. Settings allow configuration of the inactivity pause, increment step, interval, acceleration during page transitions, and the reset threshold. Users fill out the form and submit a request. If an email address is provided, the lead is queued for a notification email.

The Skidkometr module records discount requests but does not independently change product prices, the shopping cart, or the order total. A manager confirms the offer and applies the discount to the order.

Accumulation settings include the interval and increment step, a pause during inactivity, acceleration, a reset threshold, and an interval increase after the reset.

The roulette settings allow enabling the feature, setting a display delay, and defining the minimum and maximum prize amounts.

Styling options cover positioning (left or right), margins, panel width, corner rounding, and colors.

Public text fields number 38 and cover buttons, headings, field labels, tooltips, consent text, roulette results, and SmartCaptcha messages.

Notifications and documents settings include the email address for requests and links to the privacy policy and data processing consent.

The preview displays saved settings. Contact data is not sent and requests are not created from the preview mode. Separate settings are provided for each SITE_ID; operation on different domains is determined by license binding.

Requests are displayed in the administrative panel.

The Marketing → Skidkometr → Applications section provides filters by site, date, status, name, and phone number. The interface includes an application card, a manager comment field, statuses New, In Progress, Processed, and Cancelled, batch actions, and export of filtered data to CSV.

An application is saved to the database regardless of whether the email queueing succeeds. If the notification fails, it can be retried from the administrative section.

Optional Yandex SmartCaptcha is available for form protection. Settings include an activation toggle, fields for client and server keys, and instructions for obtaining these keys.

The SmartCaptcha response is verified on the server before the application is saved. The server key is not transmitted to the visitor.

Configurable limits restrict the number of applications from a single IP address. A hidden field protects against simple bots. The form is signed with a token that is protected against reuse.

Server-side validation checks the phone number format, user consent, and the allowable discount range.

Phone validation confirms the Russian number format. Anti-spam measures reduce the risk of automated submissions but do not guarantee the complete absence of spam.

The Skidkometr module provides discount accumulation, a roulette feature, and website lead collection. It supports automatic widget display on site pages and manual placement of the artnet:skidkometr component. Reconnecting the module does not create a duplicate widget. The public interface is adapted for mobile screens. After a successful submission, the banner and windows hide without showing a duplicate success message.

In the Marketplace demo mode, the module operates without a purchased coupon; the demo period is validated by the 1C-Bitrix core. After purchase, download the full version and activate the coupon.

System requirements: 1C-Bitrix (Site Management) with UTF-8 encoding, main module version 20.0 or newer. PHP 8.2 or newer with the mbstring extension is required, along with MySQL or MariaDB databases. Internet access is needed for module activation and license verification; the license is bound to the domain and the Bitrix installation.

Configured Bitrix mail is required for notifications. Submissions with an empty email address are saved but no notifications are sent. SmartCaptcha requires your own Yandex Cloud keys and access to the service from both the site and the server. Service usage is governed by Yandex terms; SmartCaptcha is disabled by default.

After installation, enter the Skidkometr license coupon from the Marketplace email in the Marketing → Skidkometr → License section. The 1C-Bitrix platform license key is read automatically. To activate the module, the coupon, 1C-Bitrix key, website domain, module code, and version are sent to the Artnet Studio server. The activation procedure is described in the Installation tab.
