Ozon Delivery Service

What this solution does

The module integrates an online store with the Ozon logistics platform. It allows calculating delivery costs and terms, transferring orders to Ozon, retrieving available delivery methods, tracking shipment statuses, and synchronizing data between the store and the Ozon service. Product synchronization by SKU or Ozon product ID is required for the module to function.

Features include the selection of delivery type: courier delivery or pickup point (PVZ). Various Ozon delivery schemes are supported. Orders can be sent to Ozon manually or automatically. A map displays pickup points for customer selection. The list of pickup points is updated automatically.

Delivery costs can be configured by region and city. Users can set a fixed delivery fee or calculate it as a percentage of the order value. Delivery costs can also be calculated based on total volume, weight, or item count. Prices are calculated according to Ozon tariffs and methodology. Order statuses are flexibly configured upon successful shipment or error occurrence. Order and shipment statuses are automatically updated in accordance with Ozon statuses.

The module supports automatic data updates via Cron. During checkout, the system verifies the buyer's phone number in the Ozon database and checks product availability by article number or identifier. This reduces order processing time, minimizes manual operations, and provides customers with a convenient delivery method via the Ozon infrastructure.

Note: If even one product does not match by article number or identifier, Ozon delivery becomes unavailable. Additionally, if the buyer's phone number is not found in the Ozon database, the system will display an error.
