This module integrates an online store built on the «1C-Bitrix: Site Management» platform with the Kilbil loyalty program. The solution registers and links customers by phone number, calculates discounts and promo codes within the standard site interface, enables bonus redemption, and displays expected accruals.
This module integrates an online store built on the «1C-Bitrix: Site Management» platform with the Kilbil loyalty program. The solution registers and links customers by phone number, calculates discounts and promo codes within the standard site interface, enables bonus redemption, and displays expected accruals. Sales and returns are transmitted via a secure queue, while the user's personal account shows the balance, loyalty level, and transaction history.
Bonus accruals and redemptions in Kilbil occur only after an order transitions to a status selected by the administrator. For non-standard site templates, configurable paths and CSS selectors are provided. Caching based on products and customer context reduces server load and automatically invalidates when prices or discount rules change.
Operation requires an active account and an API key for the external Kilbil service; usage of Kilbil itself may be billed separately according to a contract with the service provider. To calculate the loyalty program, the following data is sent to Kilbil servers: customer phone number, cart or order composition and totals, product codes, promo codes, bonus metrics, identifiers, and operation dates. The website owner must reflect this data processing in their privacy policy and obtain necessary user consents.
