When placing their first virtual server VPS/VDS order, a new General iT customer receives a 100% discount on the first month of an additional ispmanager 6 Lite, Pro or Host licence. The licence is free for that month. The virtual server itself is charged at the selected plan's price.
The discount applies only to the additional “Control panel licence” option. Each customer may use the promotion once. It does not provide a free VPS or waive charges for other selected services and options.
2 Eligibility
For this promotion, a new customer is a customer who had no previously paid General iT services before the initial VPS order. Previously paid services that were later deleted are also taken into account. Deleting a service does not restore eligibility.
The discount is available when an additional licence is selected with the initial VPS order. Renewing an existing server or adding a licence to a server already ordered does not qualify.
3 Editions and excluded plans
On regular VPS plans, ispmanager 6 Lite is selected by default in the “Control panel licence” option. Customers may choose ispmanager 6 Pro or Host when placing their initial order. The same first-month offer applies to all three editions.
The special plans “isp Eclipse Lite”, “isp Synergy Pro” and “isp Vanguard Host” are excluded. Their server prices already include ispmanager 6 Lite, Pro and Host respectively. A different licence edition cannot be selected for these plans. The free first-month promotion does not apply to them.
4 How to get the discount
When placing your first virtual server order, choose a regular VPS plan and billing period. Select the required ispmanager 6 edition, Lite, Pro or Host, in the additional “Control panel licence” option.
Before paying, check the order contents, selected edition and period, licence discount and final total in the order and invoice. If the promotion's conditions are met, the discounted first month of the licence costs ₽0; the VPS is charged separately. If you choose a longer period, the remaining licence months are paid.
If the discount is missing or the calculation differs from the advertised terms, contact support before paying. Provide the plan, licence edition, period and promotion link. Display or calculation errors must be checked and corrected; they do not permit arbitrary changes to an agreed price.
5 First month and longer periods
Only the first monthly licence period under the initial order is free. For a 3-, 6- or 12-month order, the benefit applies only to the first licence month. The whole selected period is not free.
The price of the remaining licence period, server charges and total payable are shown before payment. After the discounted month, the licence is charged at the current prices for the selected edition and period. The terms and price of the next paid period are disclosed before renewal.
6 Licence prices without discounts
The table shows only the additional ispmanager 6 licence price without discounts for the entire stated period. VPS charges are not included. The table does not calculate the promotional total.

At checkout and renewal, the customer is shown the final price in Russian roubles, taking into account the selected edition, period and applicable taxes. Price changes for future periods do not change the agreed price of a confirmed order or paid period.
7 Combining discounts
Discounts are not added together. If several discounts qualify, the most advantageous one is applied. Combining this promotion with other discounts is not guaranteed. Before paying, check which discount has been applied and the final order total.
Participation alone does not authorise automatic charges. Service renewal and payment are governed by the agreement and the customer's chosen payment settings.
8 Application of the terms and customer rights
The promotion applies to initial VPS orders for which the offer is available at checkout and the eligibility conditions are met. Changes or closure are published on this page before applying to new orders. They do not adversely change confirmed orders or paid periods.
This is a discount offer, not a contest, lottery or prize draw. Participation does not require consent to marketing messages.
Service provision, renewal, termination, cancellation and refunds are governed by the applicable service offer, confirmed order and Russian law. The discount does not limit mandatory consumer rights. These rules impose no cancellation penalty, blanket no-refund condition or removal of an agreed discount for a period already provided.
