What this solution does

The Xillix AI module for 1C-Bitrix combines three tools to automate online store operations. The system automatically generates SEO-optimized product and section descriptions, enables customer communication via a RAG-based chatbot, and implements semantic search across the catalog.

AI-driven content generation creates text for product cards, meta tags, and specifications. Users configure scenarios, after which the neural network fills in the required fields. Batch processing is supported, allowing generation to be launched simultaneously for hundreds or thousands of products.

The AI-powered chat consultant interacts with site visitors, answers product-related questions, and assists with selection using the client's knowledge base. All dialogues are saved, allowing the conversation history to be reviewed at any time.

Smart search with AI interprets the meaning of user queries and finds relevant products even based on descriptive phrases. For example, entering 'affordable phone with a good camera' returns suitable options instead of requiring an exact model name match.

Instead of purchasing three separate modules, you receive a single comprehensive solution with a unified interface and management system, reducing setup and maintenance time.

The module allows creating or updating any text fields in information blocks: product descriptions (DETAIL_TEXT, PREVIEW_TEXT), SEO meta tags (META TITLE, META DESCRIPTION, KEYWORDS), section names and properties, user-defined fields (UF_*), and trade catalog fields (prices, stock levels).

Generation relies on flexible scenarios—templates that define the prompt structure, the target field for saving results, and the list of product fields to substitute. Scenarios can be applied to individual products or the entire catalog. If the result is unsatisfactory, changes can be reverted via the generation history to restore the previous value.

Example scenario for an SEO title

Prompt: "Create an SEO title for product {NAME} from brand {PROPERTY_BRAND}. Length up to 70 characters. Include keywords: buy, price, delivery."

Result is saved to the ELEMENT_META_TITLE field.

Example scenario for description

The module generates product sales descriptions by inserting the product name and characteristics into the DETAIL_TEXT field. It supports all field types: standard fields, infoblock properties, catalog fields, SEO fields, section fields, and user-defined fields (UF).

The AI chat consultant answers customer questions using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology. The bot formulates responses based on uploaded data such as product descriptions, price lists, catalogs, technical documentation, or connected storage systems. All dialogues are saved, allowing you to review the communication history with each client.

The system performs semantic search by analyzing the meaning of queries rather than relying solely on exact keyword matches. The module supports mass content generation across the entire catalog. Users create a scenario, select specific products or sections, and initiate the process, after which the artificial intelligence automatically fills in the required fields for all selected items. This approach significantly saves time when working with large databases.

All changes made through the module are recorded in an operation history. This allows users to review modification details and, if necessary, revert any change with a single click to restore previous values. The functionality is available for both text fields and images.

The system also includes the capability to generate images using artificial intelligence.

The Xillix AI module creates unique images from text descriptions. The neural network generates graphics and automatically saves the result to the specified field of an element or section. It supports multiple properties: new images are added to existing ones without deleting the originals.
