The Protobyte.dump module is designed for transferring users and orders between websites on the 1C-Bitrix platform. This solution is used when creating a new site version on a separate installation, requiring the transfer of data from the old resource. Note that the module replaces all database tables associated with orders, user carts, users, and their groups. Data is not added but overwritten.

Note that the module replaces all database tables associated with orders, user carts, users, and their groups. Data is not added but overwritten. For correct operation, the 1C-Bitrix versions on both sites must be identical, as differences in database structure may cause errors. During user transfer, user logins and passwords are completely replaced with values from the source site.
The module ensures website encoding in UTF-8.
Usage procedure:
1. In the module management section, navigate to Services -> User and Order Transfer, go to the Export tab, and create a data archive.
2. Copy the resulting archive to the target website for import.
User and order migration can be performed manually or via the Import tab of the module. Before proceeding, create a full backup of the new site's data, including the database. Restore the archive on the new site using standard 1C-Bitrix tools: navigate to Settings, then Tools, select Backup, and upload the file from the backup list.
Note: User custom fields are not migrated. In 1C-Bitrix, all user custom fields for any entity are stored in a single table. Attempting to migrate them may break other system functionality.
