General provisions
A partner promo code identifies a General iT special offer distributed through a partner. This page contains general rules for TOPHOSTS, hostotop and other partner promo codes. A code can be used when ordering on git.ru if its offer is valid and its eligibility requirements are met. Receiving or entering a code does not mean that every service or every order qualifies for a discount.
The offers are organised by General iT Rus LLC. The provider's details, service terms and contact information are available in the Information section and the company service offer on git.ru.
Terms of each code
Each code has its own terms: validity dates, eligible participants, products and plans, billing periods, discount amount and calculation basis, applicability to new orders or renewals, usage limits and rules for combining offers. Before ordering, read the offer terms supplied with your code. If those terms are missing or unclear, contact support before payment. This general page does not establish a common discount or validity period for all partner codes.
Whether a code covers renewals, additional resources or other order items depends on that particular offer. A discount on one service does not automatically apply to the entire order.
How to use a code
Add the selected products or services to your cart and choose the billing period and configuration. Enter and apply your code before payment. Check the application result and the final price of each item.
The message “Promo code saved” means that the code has been accepted for subsequent checking; it does not itself confirm a discount. Before paying, make sure the discount is confirmed and the final amount matches the selected offer. If it does not, contact support before payment.
Promo codes are currently not supported when a domain and other services are checked out together in one order. If you plan to use a code for such an order, contact support before checkout and payment.
Prices and restrictions
Prices are stated in Russian roubles. Once a code has been confirmed, the customer must be shown the final payable amount including the selected services and additional resources. Offer terms must not retroactively change an agreed and paid price for services already provided.
Discount combination rules and usage limits depend on the specific code. An unused discount cannot be transferred to another service or exchanged for cash unless expressly permitted by the offer terms or applicable law.
If a code does not apply
Check the code spelling, validity dates, selected plan, billing period and participant restrictions. Contact support@git.ru with the code, service and chosen period. Your account password is not required.
Contract and customer rights
Service provision, changes and termination are governed by the contract, the applicable service offer and Russian law. A discount does not limit statutory consumer rights, including remedies for service defects and cancellation rights where provided by law.
