What we synchronize

Data follows a clear and controlled route

Each flow is designed separately: source system, refresh frequency and failure handling.

01

Catalog and SKUs

Transfer catalog structure, properties, variants, prices and sales rules.

02

Prices, discounts and stock

Keep warehouse stock and price types current without manual duplication.

03

Orders and customers

Send orders, customers, cart contents, payment and delivery data to 1C.

04

Statuses and changes

Return current statuses to the website and keep exchange history.

Exchange architecture

More than enabling a module: reliable operation

We account for catalog size, multiple warehouses, SKUs, price types, unstable connectivity, queues and server limits.

01

Data audit

Map directories, catalogs, price types, warehouses, orders and custom fields.

02

Exchange design

Define directions, schedule, limits, version control and retries.

03

Development and setup

Configure CommerceML, standard modules and required customizations without core edits.

04

Testing and launch

Test full and incremental exchange, connection failures, load and business scenarios.

FAQ

Questions about website integration with 1C

How much does website integration with 1C cost?

Cost depends on your 1C configuration and customisations, website version, catalogue quality, warehouses, price types, documents and exchange directions. An estimate requires a description of your systems and the data to exchange. We separate diagnostics, setup, custom development, testing and launch; licences and support are agreed separately.

How do you check compatibility between 1C and the exchange module?

We identify the 1C configuration and release, platform version, 1C-Bitrix edition and updates, and existing customisations. We check the module requirements against official documentation and test the exchange on a copy of the data. A matching version in the table alone does not establish compatibility with a customised system.

When is a standard module enough and when is custom development needed?

We consider a standard module first when it covers the required data and exchange rules. Extra fields, non-standard documents, reservation rules or customer matching may require an extension. We identify the gaps between requirements and module capabilities before estimating the changes.

How do you replace an existing exchange while preserving orders?

Before switching, we test on a copy, back up the systems and agree a launch window and rollback conditions. We record the last processed order, map identifiers and prevent two exchanges from processing the same data simultaneously. After launch, we reconcile orders, prices and stock. Any pause and its duration depend on the existing system.

What data can be synchronized?

Catalog, SKUs, prices, discounts, stock, warehouses, orders, customers, payments, deliveries and statuses.

Can exchange run on schedule and on demand?

Yes. Full exchange usually runs on schedule while critical changes can be sent more frequently or by event.

What happens if 1C or the website is temporarily unavailable?

A proper integration keeps a queue, logs the error and retries without data loss.

Can the standard exchange be customized?

Yes. We extend it with custom fields, directories and rules without modifying the product core.
