ORD API - self-advertising marking on the site

What this solution does

The module provides automatic advertising marking on the website in compliance with Article 18.1 of the Law 'On Advertising' and transmits data to Yandex ORD for subsequent registration in EIR. Registration is performed with the 'Self-advertising' status, which allows marking ads without entering contract or act details, as the advertising is placed on the own website. The module operates with content block elements.

The tool enables marking of text and image elements subject to current legislation. The module independently formats and sends creatives to ORD to obtain the required token. At the end of each calendar month, the system automatically transmits statistical data to ORD.

The module monitors changes in elements marked as advertising. When images within these elements are updated, the module automatically sends the new versions for registration in the ORD system. Statistics for the previous images are generated and transmitted in the following reporting period.

Failure to mark advertising carries administrative liability. Fines for individuals range from 10,000 to 100,000 rubles. For officials, fines range from 30,000 to 200,000 rubles. For legal entities, fines range from 200 to 500,000 rubles.

Violations occur in the following cases:

failure to submit advertising information to the EIRI;

submission of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information;

violation of established submission deadlines;

absence of a marking token in advertising publications.

To operate the module, you must authorize in the Yandex ORD cabinet using your login and obtain a token.
