The module automatically adds users mentioned in comments to the observers of a smart process instance. This eliminates the need to manually invite these individuals to the task discussion. Mentioned users continue to appear in the card's comment feed. The side panel containing the card automatically refreshes 1.5 seconds after posting, allowing the comment author to immediately see the newly added observer without manually reloading the page.
Functionality is not guaranteed on portals running versions below 22.500.600.
