The system automates key processes of a medical organization, ranging from registration desk operations to physician documentation management. MedWebstor integrates the capabilities of a corporate portal and Bitrix24 CRM with medical modules, ensuring a seamless patient interaction workflow from the initial request to the completion of the appointment.
Main modules and functionality
Registration desk
The registration module allows for quick setup of specialist schedules, offering patients convenient time slots, creating appointments, or moving them to a waiting list. Processes are simplified for administrators while remaining flexible enough to adapt to clinic specifics.
The expanded doctor's appointment card includes an ICD-10 reference for medical documentation, appointment type selection, and a custom template builder for examinations. For instance, therapists and surgeons can create their own examination types. It supports print forms with the ability to upload and use individual document templates. The built-in business process module enables medical organizations to independently configure automation within Bitrix24.
The presence of the appointment card provides the technical capability for integration with EGISZ. A standard ready-made integration is not currently available, but it can be implemented upon client request.

The module provides two-way data exchange with 1C BIT.UMC in real time. Integration parameters and data mapping are configured directly within the 1C environment. This ensures accurate information transfer between systems and eliminates the need for manual data duplication.

Mass Business Process Launch This module enables the simultaneous execution of a business process across multiple CRM elements, including deals, contacts, companies, or smart process records. The user selects the target criteria (pipeline, stages, date range), chooses a process template, and initiates the launch.

5 CORNERS. Menu Management The default left-hand menu in Bitrix24 is identical for all users: it features a fixed set of items, a static order, and standard system icons. This uniformity creates usability issues: accountants see irrelevant sections, sales staff cannot locate necessary tools, and new employees get lost in the general list.

This module optimizes deal cards in Bitrix24 by enabling the collapsing of field blocks. Over time, a deal card accumulates numerous sections: details, products, tasks, custom fields, and related elements. Managers often need to work with only a few blocks but must scroll through the entire list.
