The 'Language Phrase Extractor' module for 1C-Bitrix automatically moves text strings from code into language files. The tool locates and organizes phrases, simplifying code maintenance and accelerating the development of multilingual sites.
The module is ready to use immediately after installation without additional configuration. It automatically detects Cyrillic phrases in PHP files of site templates and nested component templates, as well as in HTML code. Detected text is replaced with GetMessage('PHRASE_CODE'), and the phrases are saved to language files in the /lang/ru folder.
This tool significantly accelerates the creation of multilingual sites, especially for custom templates where text is initially embedded in the code. The manual extraction process, which previously could take weeks, is now completed in a few seconds with a single click.
The Language Phrase Extractor module extracts text elements from custom 1C-Bitrix templates, serving as the first step in creating a multilingual website. The extracted phrases are then passed to the Language Phrase Translation module, which complements the Multilingualism - Info Blocks in Different Languages functionality. The process can be completed using the Bulk Info Block Translation tool.
