The Skillline module for Bitrix24 provides centralized corporate password management. It allows structuring data by creating sections, projects, and categories within them. The system records password change history, offers flexible access rights configuration, and supports integration with extranet users. Each user can maintain an individual list of favorite passwords.
The Skillline module for Bitrix24 provides centralized corporate password management. It allows structuring data by creating sections, projects, and categories within them. The system records password change history, offers flexible access rights configuration, and supports integration with extranet users. Each user can maintain an individual list of favorite passwords. All stored data is encrypted using a unique token, with the option to select the encryption algorithm: international AES-256 or Russian GOST 28147-89. The interface is streamlined with drag-and-drop functionality for managing categories and projects, and guarantees password preservation even when projects or categories are deleted.

UPDATE HISTORY
As part of the support and development of our module, we have implemented several improvements, namely:
Ability to select a password encryption algorithm. Now, during configuration, you can choose a standard for operation:
- AES-256 - international standard for symmetric encryption; - GOST 28147-89 - Russian standard for block cipher.
View history function: implemented the ability to see who and when viewed passwords within a project and category with second-level precision.
Access settings for parent/child elements. Now, if you grant a user rights to work with a specific project, they will automatically gain access to all nested categories and passwords within that project (including passwords without binding).
Password and category descriptions, copying elements. Implemented the ability to add descriptions to individual passwords, as well as view the category description while inside a project. Additionally, for convenience, the ability to copy not only the password itself, but also the login and URL has been added.
As part of supporting and developing our module, we have implemented several improvements, namely:
Ability to rename the "Section", "Category", and "Project" blocks to align with your organization's structure and needs.
Export of password change history: Ability to export the password change history to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Now you can download and review the entire history of users' password usage locally in a single downloadable file.
Hiding passwords in history: All passwords in the history are now masked, providing additional security.
Restriction of administrator access: Implementation of access control for individual projects or categories for the administrator. This is sometimes necessary when users have passwords that should not be accessible to the module administrator.
Automatic directory creation: We have simplified the installation process for our solution. Steps 3, 4, and 5 of the installation instructions no longer need to be performed, as the directory is created automatically.
