What this solution does
The 'Telegram / Email / MAX Notifier' module provides automatic alerts for critical events and errors on sites running on the 1C-Bitrix platform. It eliminates information delays, enabling immediate awareness of failures rather than waiting for user complaints, and prevents the loss of notifications regarding new orders or status changes.
The system monitors business processes selected by the administrator: order creation and payment, status changes, new leads or deals in CRM, and user registration. When technical issues arise, the module intercepts all types of PHP errors, including Notice, Warning, fatal errors, and unhandled exceptions (Exception, Throwable). Reports include the error text, file name, line number, page URL, and call stack. For CRM events, detailed information about changed fields is displayed.
Notifications are delivered to selected communication channels, allowing for prompt incident response without the need for constant monitoring of the administrative panel.
The module sends notifications to Telegram (direct messages or groups) and to the corporate messenger MAX. Note that access to Telegram is restricted in Russia; therefore, integration works only if you have stable access to the service without blocks. MAX operates within Russia without restrictions; instructions for obtaining the token and chat ID are available.
Configuration takes a few minutes via the standard Bitrix administration panel: specify the token, chat IDs, and select the desired events. Notifications are processed in the background, do not affect site functionality, and do not alter the site's appearance for visitors.
General iT can install and configure this module and check how it works on your website.
