The system creates a unique model of employee behavior and success by aligning company needs with individual goals. It operates as a point-based rating system with employee recognition mechanisms, enabling natural adjustment of staff behavior to support business interests. Implementing the module helps improve key HR metrics, including eNPS, satisfaction, and engagement.
Each organization can customize the KARMA system to fit its specific tasks and cultural context. Behavioral indicators define employee actions that positively impact business results. The module is located within the employee's personal profile, allowing users to view colleagues' achievements. Rewards for accomplishments are awarded as points, which are converted into virtual coins and stored on an internal balance. Points are reset at the beginning of each year, while accumulated coins remain saved.
The KARMA module includes an integrated Karma Shop where accumulated coins can be exchanged for corporate merchandise and other items. Detailed guides on setup and usage are available as videos on the Rutube platform.
