The Simple Electronic Signature module by Mibok enables the display of documents signed with a simple electronic signature (SES) on websites. The solution fully complies with Federal Law No. 63-FZ dated 06.04.2011 'On Electronic Signature'. The software is included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs (Registry entry No. 34308 dated 04.07.2026).

The software is included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs (Registry entry No. 34308 dated 04.07.2026).
In the current version, document signing is available exclusively in PDF format. The functionality operates only with uncompressed PDF files of version 1.4 or lower.
Placing documents with a simple electronic signature is mandatory for official websites of educational institutions (kindergartens, schools, lyceums, gymnasiums, colleges, universities) in accordance with the Order of Rosobrnadzor dated 14.08.2020 No. 831. This requirement also applies to any other websites where legal certification of electronic documents is necessary.

Fast and simple installation.
The module enables signing documents in PDF format and displaying them on a website. The 'Signed Documents' widget can be configured to match the site's design. When displaying a document, the system verifies its integrity to prevent file substitution. The visual representation of the signature complies with Rosobrnadzor requirements: the document is marked with an icon indicating the presence of a simple electronic signature. Hovering over the icon displays the signing date and time, the full name and position of the signer, and a unique software key.

SolverWeb
The SolverWeb module implements a user file property with drag-and-drop support. This component is a ported version of a multiple file field, functionally equivalent to the standard element property.
