Image conversion to WebP format
This module converts images in JPEG, JPG, PNG, BMP, and GIF formats to WebP to reduce their size on web pages. It requires the GD library and the EXIF module for PHP, which are typically pre-installed on servers. The script automatically replaces original images with their WebP versions while leaving the source files unchanged. Converted images are stored in the /upload/webp/ directory.

It allows simultaneous adjustment of access for one or multiple information blocks, applying unified rules to all selected items. The functionality includes automatic saving of a complete history of all access right changes, including operations performed in the administrative part of the portal.
